Dose:
- 1 scoop (7 g) twice daily in 200 mL water or juice
Warnings:
- Contains 52 mg of potassium per 7 g dose
- Contains B6; see your healthcare practitioner if you experience tingling, burning or numbness
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
