Dosage
- 1 scoop (10 g) daily blended with 200 mL water, juice or a smoothie
- Best taken either before breakfast or after dinner
Warnings
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy
- Not suitable for children under 15 years

- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
